Manual QA

Job Description:

‍We are looking for a detail-oriented Manual QA Specialist to ensure the quality and functionality of our software applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying bugs, documenting issues, and collaborating with developers to deliver flawless products. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality user experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze system specifications to develop test plans and cases.
• Execute manual test cases and identify issues in software applications.
• Document and report bugs clearly and accurately using bug-tracking tools.
• Collaborate with the development team to resolve issues and verify fixes.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Ensure software meets business requirements and user expectations.
• Test applications across various devices, browsers, and operating systems.
• Provide detailed feedback on user experience and interface issues.
• Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Manual QA Tester or similar role.
• Familiarity with testing methodologies, techniques, and tools.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and quality assurance principles.
• Experience with bug-tracking tools such as Jira, Trello, or Bugzilla.
• Basic understanding of databases and SQL is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (preferred).
